For digitizing a NEW logo: 3 to 5 working days
For new orders: 3 weeks from confirmation and receipt of goods.
For repeat orders: 2 weeks from receipt of goods.
Orders requested on a rush basis will be subject to a rush charge.
$8.00 each if 6 pieces or under – for most logos.
Price varies for single item.
We are not responsible for holding an inactive logo for more than 1 year after creation.
We will email or call you when your order is finished. If we have not contacted you, to save yourself a trip, please always check with us first before coming down.
CREDIT CARD CHARGE
We accept credit card payment for amounts of $20 or more.
5% service fee will be added to all credit card payments.

YOUR OWN DIGITIZING
If you bring your own digitized logo, there will be $12 - $25 charge to run the logo, depending on the size of the logo.
We are not responsible for poor quality embroidery resulting from your personal digitizing.
If the logo is not acceptable, you will be asked to have your digitizer redo the logo.
Poor digitizing = Poor embroidery
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT GOODS BOUGHT FROM KENJO, INC.
Please return any defective or incorrect goods within 2 weeks after pick up
(1) If you bring in your own garments, it is not part of the service to check garments for defects. IF we see a hole or discoloration, the garment will not be embroidered, however we are not responsible for inspecting all over the garment. Catching defects and miscounts is the responsibility of the customer.
(2) Some materials may be brittle & may get small holes during the embroidery process. We are not responsible for such damage as we cannot know until the process is started how your fabric will react.
(3) If your garment is damaged during the embroidery process, we have a damage allowance of 3%. We do not replace or pay for your garments. You bring in your own garments at your own risk.
